Had a couple of glasses of non alcoholic apple juice with my dinner Sunday , I would think the amount of sugar in the bloody stuff would do more damage than if it had alcohol in it !

Two cans of Barrel 51, Bourbon and Dry Cola. Added to second can a liberal amount of Teacher's Scotch whiskey. More healthy for the liver than drinking another sugar-laden RTD.

It's Sunday afternoon. And i shall also listen to Fleetwood Mac Rumours album and have a wee singalong.

Thank god they have thick walls here!! My Kenyan neighbour babbles a lot in Swahili to her family. So its about time i hit her with Stevie Nicks.

I bought one of those old fashioned expresso pots, where you put the water in the bottom and the coffee in the filter bit and it all bubbles up.

I have just had a mug of that, i think i overdid it. I can feel it running around my brain!!

Time for a wine.

And, yes, that is a vase of beer. If you look at the table beside - they have glasses of beer. No poncy blue bottomed glass.
