Day is winding down and rain is coming. I went a full bit country today with a Thailand foamy to keep my beer cool. My wifes friend brought them over as she works at the Elephant reserve.

From the pics of his " How to drill cement thread" I don't think ol ED Eddie gets out and does any laps which might explain why he needs some special ED Tea. No activity, lack of blood flow.

It's easy enough once ye stop rattling after a few days. I done dry July and enjoyed it so much I done dry august as well. Back on it now but only because a mate that I hadn't seen for over 20 years rolled into town, had to have a swally with him. Probably do dry November and get back on it in preparation for my December Lao trip. It's a bit like being an athlete, you've got to train

I don't drink during the week. I used to, but I can't handle it anymore.

Saturday is party night though and always will be.

Well, going out to the local for a few in the afternoon and then coming home to watch football with a few cans these days.

I did that for awhile too, and did the only weekends thing same as Hal, but then I decided that I didn't like the feeling after I drank. As I'm kind of going through menopause it would make me have bad hot flashes, and also I would get rapid heartbeat esp. after more than one. Alcohol is really poison for the body. So.. went cold turkey three months ago. Don't intend to go back, maybe have a few on my bday next summer, but not sure.
