If getting blasted is what you want, cheap brandy is far more economical.

An African lady tried to ply me with hard liquor this evening - she was a keen yin alright

American Honey is a gorgeous liqueur version of Wild Turkey merkin hooch. A bit like a poor man's drambuie, without the complex spices, but still scorchingly yum.

Miss Ameru tribe of the rag-doll cat puts ginger beer in it which I think is a crime

Hey any of you CM'ers...I will be up later this week to CM to renew my wife's passport. Any of you guys been to the "wishbeer" there? Is it well stocked or just a hole in a wall beer place? I can't tell from the their FB pics. I'd like to pick up a few bourbon's I saw on the general "Wishbeer" website.

    Thanks in advance

Happen to be a Makro last night and I always take a stroll through the "Alcohol" section as they call it and saw they had just stocked the shelves with a small amount of BeerLao. Picked me up some Black and Lager. BeerLao is not easy to come by up here in the North these days due to Covid. I really like their offerings, White, Lager, Black and IPA. Can't go wrong with any of them on a hot day.

You can Thank Mendy for that BLD. I was enjoying a BeerLao Dark in my hammock and then comes Mendy with his Hobbit feet and broken Big C Adda slippers.

I had that in the US Snubs. Used it a lot with my Tacoma, not so much here but it's a nice unit to always have with ya. Have actually helped a few folks road side on my travels here.

Limbering up for a bewt Orzstraylia Day with a light summer ale

The Panavia Tornado was a mainstay of the RAF for 40 years

Somewhat of an ungainly ugly duckling with its honking great vertical stabiliser and never had a starring role on my bedroom wall as a school kid. But a solid workmanlike performer all the same with a venerable combat track record starting on its 10th birthday in Gulf War I
