There were hundreds of protesters, blocking two lanes, heading up Sukhumvit yesterday with Thai flags and whistles.

I put in a low bid for an 18mm F1.8 Sony e-mount SEL50F18 lens for my NEX5



I was not expecting to win and was watching the e-bay clock tick down.

I got outbid as expected and was waiting to watch the price rocket up a bit but it didn't so in a wine-fuelled frenzy I thought 'you are not getting it that cheap you cheap arse' so I chucked in another couple of bids to make sure the other punter paid a decent price except he stopped bidding and I ended up buying it by accident...

Actually I am quite excited now despite paying a few bucks more than I intended. That lens gets some good reviews.
