You can choose to grow old, or live until you die!

Every time I feel a new ache or pain I double my effort to quicken up. Lately I found myself thinking why am I doing this at my age? Then I thought, why not? I can do it and so why should'nt I do what I have been doing for so long.

The secret is to marry a woman at least 10 years younger than yourself, and, if you can afford it, a girlfriend at least 20 years younger. As George Burns once said when interviewed, “I play around with young girls because I can’t find any my own age.” Mind you he was in his 90’s at the time.
Which brings us to Hugh Hefner and his 5 second sex with Playmate Harris? Do you admire him, envy him or find him somewhat distasteful? I must confess I would be up for anything he could not handle.

Now that's good advice! Just make sure that she's not wanting any kids, has some sort of financial independence before you latch onto her and you shouldn't have any problems.

My old Dad told me the same thing.

    Got that right K. Sailing,

Since I got this Thai Bangkaew dog, besides my bike runs I've been jogging with him every day at least a five mile course. We do have to stop once an a while tho as he's horny as hell and has to try and put it in every stray soi dog we meet.

Cannot imagine how anyone can let themselves go e.g. sit around a bar all day and get fat...

It ain't no sin to appreciate younger flesh, beauty is to be admired, and a lucky man gets to enjoy fresh fruit, ripe, not too old that it's lost its vigour. It's healthier that way.

Depends on your taste in 'fruit', eh?

But yes, it's healthy for both the partaker and the partaken, as maturation occurs in and new seed may be scattered by the viable young partaken and an enhanced vigour attained by the older partaker.

Don't worry, there''s a cure, get rid of that couch! Then just walk around lots more and practice a few sit ups and stretches and stuff every day.

^ I attend the gym 3 times a week, go walking and play cricket. I think that should cover it.

Aha ! the younger wife thing , I wondered when that would raise its head ahem !

Apart from obvious things to me one of the delights of having a much younger wife is the fact her mind is quick and active , + considering language barriers I think she does incredibly well to latch onto my stupid sense of humour and come back with retorts that sometimes leaves me crying with laughter going out the door
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Just remembered my dear old Dad when he got divorced he got a much younger g/f , and although I never met her when he was alive , I was introduced to her at his funeral ( and NO for the cynics ) she wasn't mentioned in his will , ( come to think of it I was hardly either ) but when he was alive and he had her as a g/f his whole character took on another lifestyle , he was happy / dapper / walked with a skip in his stride , bless him , I am glad he had a few years real happiness with her after being trapped in such an unhappy marriage for so long as many used to in that generation

I'm down to 4 bottles of San Mig Light a week. Down to 1200 to 1500 calories a day.

Saying that, I'm on holiday with friends this weekend so will go mad and sink a whole carton of Singha Light!

It's weak and low calorie. I'd like to sup all day without going Somtamslap on everyone before bedtime.
