The French and the British had a fight over the spelling of the Concord(e). The French wanted an E on the end, like this. This was a plaque you see when you walk in.
The flight engineer sat sideways facing this panel. The Concorde had no door between the cockpit and the passenger area before 9/11. It cost over a million dollars per plane to install doors which is one of the reasons that it was put out of service. (they all got doors put in)
