Recently I have started urinating in the sink.

There is no woman around to tell me not to.

It is a good height, just slightly higher than a urinal.

You can run the tap for a few seconds to rinse and flush the small u-bend.

Seems a waste to flush a cistern of water down just to move a pint of piss.

I have started doing it at other peoples houses too without telling them since I know they would think it was disgusting but it is not really disgusting as long as you rinse properly and I am saving them water.

Looper thats wrong. Like pissing in the shower that piss goes down a different outlet than the toilet water

Imagine now then BB, Looper comes round your house, asks to use the toilet, comes out and theres no flush.

What would you assume when he comes out doing up his flies and you remember the wash basket is in there too ?

I am on septic system so all waste water goes the same way. Also on rain fed tanks so it feels like a waste to flush.

Plus more hygienic as pissing in a loo means a bit of drips and splash that hit the rim and over time means you need to clean round the toilet. With my new system I may never need to clean round the toilet again. Although me cleaning the toilet is one drawbacks of there not being a woman around to complain about me pissing in the sink so it is a catch 22.

Keeping the toilet waste separate in some drainange systems is mainly for the poo. Urine is sterile. If it is good enough to drink then it can't be that harmful going down the other waste system.

The sink, shower, bath and washing machine waste are classed as grey water, unlike the toilet which is black water due to it containing human waste.

Some people recycle the grey water to irrigate their gardens.

I wonder if Looper eats from their fruit bowls ?
