I have just heard that many more kids suffer from myopia if they are not exposed to sunlight

I am not sure if a sunbed counts though

I doubt it

and I am not sure it is just the sunlight, maybe more the way your eyes react when it is brighter, the way they change focus on distant and near objects in bright light rather than in dim light
