Online work

I'm considering earning a little extra cash in the evenings doing some online work, preferably not involving the use of forum search engines. Try as I may, for the life of me I can't find the thread I read on here a while ago about working online.

I am interested in a site a poster here mentioned where you get paid for some writing. Doing a google search for this topic drives me crazy as I attempt to wade through the scams.

If anyone recalls the thread could you point me in the right direction, or maybe comment on a decent site that you have used.

I remember reading that and found it a little sad.

After working hard on $5 an hour projects and getting a 'name for themselves' they were making up to $15 an hour or something.

There's lots of that crap about. Many people want to exploit flippers and Indians that are willing to work for peanuts.

It is not an accurate reflection on what can be made because many out there are willing to pay what it takes for quality work.

Check out one called "Write For Baht" they sound like a bunch of skinflints and most of their work seems to be centred aroud tourism/travel - I looked at them a while back but was not that impressed. Guess it is whatever you are interested in, maybe worth a look!

You need to learn to write in joined up writing, it's a lot quicker

Way back when I did some writing for $40/500 words, but it sure as hell didn't take 40 mins.

I tried hiring some writers from various sites for content when I was expanding a site. Paid $10/300 words. But it was so crap and needed so much editing, apart from the fact that it was generally rambling on about nothing and thus unuseable, that I dumped all of it.

Tons of websites to make money online,in a lot of them you need to invest something in order to earn something...And a lot of scams there also... I suggest to become affiliate with clickbank.com or amazon.com if you now how to do Internet Marketing.
