Today could be the day that Man U get a new (and worthy) number 7.

I have to say that I'd be happy if we get Miki in return.

Sanchez definitely is not worth 500k a week or Real Madrid would be buying him.

Could be a great player for Arsenal.

Would flourish with more freedom than Mourinho was giving him.

It's really a good deal for both players and both clubs.

    Better deal for Arsenal imo.

They're losing an ageing whore and gaining a talented player...one in a long list of talented players that Mourinho hasn't got the best out of.

    Sanchez is no Rondon, granted.

I wouldn't draw the line there, Man U haven't had a manager that's gotten the best out of his players since they last won the league.

Which is 3 and a Giggs managers ago.

Any predictions for the bottom three?

    Swansea
    West Brom
    Brighton

City 18 pts clear at the top after another Aguero goal fest.

    Predications for the top four...

    City
    Chelsea
    Liverpool
    Tottenham

    Utd will finish 6th

    ?!?!?!?!?!? You what?!??!?!?

Arsenal are getting the most Arsenal player they could wish to add to their existing Wenger types.

He's decent about 1 in 6 and, if I didn't know Wenger's type, I'd be thinking we'd just sold him to an alien from another planet who was unfamiliar with the concept of football. We're getting a right deal here if it's a straight swap. There's no comparison between the 2.

Btw, red owed for calling us "Man U."

    Just seen this.

Sorry Lu, Cy has just passed you in the absolute bollox category although I should take into account his anti-Mourinho stance which clouds any rational thinking in a normally intelligent man.

Congratulations to Sanchez too. He gets to play for one of the world's biggest and most successful clubs rather than some nomark club bankrolled by an oil state with an airport.

Once again the great Manchester United are swatting the pretenders to the side and letting people know who's the boss.

Struggling to keep up with Manchester Dhabi's spending and they haven't had a decent manager since Red Nose left.

United's net debt of €561m - higher than any other club - accounts for over a third of the total debt in the Premier League (€1.525bn)

Err, yeah, that debt being what the Glazers offloaded onto the club 'cos they couldn't afford to buy it.

Meanwhile, dicksplash, you're struggling to keep up with Spurs and Leicester.

    Nobhead.

I communicate in English, not its US variant. Remember you're just an Irish TEFL cowboy. Not even a native speaker by the wise and respected standards of Thai education.

Hal...Mourinho won't be there this time next year, and Man U fan's opinion of him will revert to what it was for years until he became the third choice chosen one.

You know my opinion of Mourinho, mate. I've said it on here more than a few times and he's a cnut of a man. Bloody good manager though despite Dil's (and others) protestations.

What a grubby club United have become though. They can't even do a swap deal for this transfer because they've got to pay off the whore's agent.

City, in contrast, came to a gentleman's agreement and then flatly refused to enter into a bidding war when Sanchez and his people reneged on it.

    That's class in my book.

^Got any more lessons about how we can all communicate in US English, cowboy Tommy?
