    durant. fuck me.

cavs never settled down and played too frenetic. must win the turnover battle or there is no chance.

Klay warmed up as well. Strength in numbers. We have an old bench in Iggy, Shaun and David West. Problem is the Cavs are even older and really show it. Slow, so slow they are. Going back to Cleveland should be good from there as well.

    Welcome back Coach Kerr.

best team ive ever seen. they were already very very good last yr, but durant takes them to a completely different level. can create his own shot any time (which is super important in the playoffs), 2nd best shooting range in the lg (to curry lol) and of course his basketball IQ is not exactly lacking. combine that with thompson, curry, green...fuck. curry played like a moron and they still win by 20!

at this pt, maybe cle can steal 1 at home if they shoot well (make 15 3s) and win the turnover battle. outside of that, i really dont see a roadmap to a win...

Nah, triple double is a moron? He threw the ball away and turned it over too much 8 in the first. Sucked. But in the 3rd with the Cavs within 8 and on a run he ended the game.

Heart breaker for the Cavs. Led most of the game. Lebron 39, Irving 38, but they got gassed and went scoreless the last 3 minutes and the Warriors won by 5.

Durant put a dagger through their hearts. 3-0 Warriors. Saturday morning game 4 from Cleveland. Dub Nation Of course I have to work...

Indeed. Not near the depth the Warriors have.

ya, the nba is pretty much a joke. only 3-4 teams have a chance to win (ever) and the warriors have 4 of the top 15 players in the world + each is in their prime LOL

    Don't watch it anymore either.

I heard the other day that this was the most watched Finals in NBA history. I'm wondering whether I could have possibly heard that correctly. I honestly couldn't care less....

Ex-NBA Ref Who Fixed Games Suggests League Will Look to Influence Tonight’s NBA Finals Game
    by Joe DePaolo
    June 12th, 2017

It is not the biggest leap to suggest — though they’d never admit it publicly — deep down, NBA honchos are rooting for the Cleveland Cavaliers to win tonight’s NBA Finals Game 5 in order to extend the series to a sixth game. But would they ever go so far as to try to influence the outcome in order to generate that result? A man who pleaded guilty to fixing NBA games says yes, the NBA is capable of doing that.

In an interview with KNBR radio in San Francisco, Tim Donaghy, the disgraced former NBA referee who served more than a year in federal prison after pleading guilty to two felony counts relating to fixing games, said that he believes the NBA will look to influence the referees by showing them missed calls from the previous game.

“I think they’re going to show [the referees] a lot of plays that should’ve been called against Golden State and weren’t… It’s a situation where they’re going to try to get a Game 6 and open things up to create some more revenue for the league,” Donaghy said.

Donaghy claims he felt as though the NBA often had a clear preference in games that he officiated.

“I’ve been in the situation before, I’ve been in these meetings, I’ve been in these sessions,” Donaghy said. “I’ve walked out of them with my crew and kind of laughed thinking to ourselves, ‘Wow, they really want the Lakers,’ or ‘They want the Spurs, or the Cleveland Cavaliers to win tonight.’ It’s no secret we’ve walked out of these sessions laughing because David Stern was on TV one time saying the best NBA Finals would be the Lakers vs. the Lakers. It’s in the back of their mind at all times what’s best for the league.”

Donaghy spent 13 years in the league before he was forced to resign for fixing games on which he was said to either have directly placed a wager or was being paid by a bookmaker to influence outcomes.

good job, durant. you took the easy way out to get a ring. congrats.

KD bailed them out every time tonight. changed the momentum back at least 2x at pivotal pts.

what would happen if the refs called the illegal screens all gm? well, pachulia would foul out in 6 mins

I watched on and off for lack of interest.

Can you please explain the illegal screens?

I want to learn how to identify them.

    Thanks.

Didn't watch a single game. Briefly caught one in the background. Think it was game three.

This was easily the worst playoff season in my lifetime

55555. Highest rated finals in NBA history. Stop the notching and moaning and congratulate a team that plays together as a team. Damn LeBron has more class as does Irving. The nay sayers san and red not so much. Lol. Strength in numbers

The internet has been out at my house sorry for the text in that ^. Finally seeing the game and how we blew it open at the end of the second. Again they were tired and did not have the depth. They could keep upon offense but not on D. Especially Lebron. He was gassed in the Warrior run.

For those that dont like it its still strength in numbers. Durant has said he will not opt for the big contract he is due. He gets a good raise and we keep the core. Then next year he gets the big, the cap goes up and Dub nation continues. Thats what smart ownership does.

The team is built around Curry and he gets his full redemption. Led the team with Force, especially tonight.

o fuck. curry didnt lead squat. it was durant and then durant again. strength in numbers. ha! its give the ball to durant when the going gets tough and get the hell out of the way.

ao, the team is built around green. without him, nothing works. curry is not a leader. hes not a superstar. hes a glorified flash in the pan and nothing more.

curry was roundly outplayed by irving yet again. if not for durant (the 2nd best player on the planet) curry would be throwing his mouthguard all over again.

curry can shoot and hes got shake and bake. but hes an artificial showboat with precious little class. dell seems to have class and grace. perhaps it skips a generation. seth certainly aint got it.

a little taste of the truth, ao
