Well done Argentina , fantastic ball passing skills and tackling, shutting down the complacent All Blacks before they got into their stride. Half time score and unbelievable result , 13 to Argentina , ahead of NZ and the only ones to have scored a try in the first half.
Argentina Made the so called best team in the world look mediocre, giving hope to every other team that plays against them from now on.

Probably, they have an inspirational captain.

I think the world needs to take their own advice.

Some of them seem to think that if they beat the haka off-field they'll beat the AB's on it. Doesn't work like that.

    Scotland team to play Japan.

Scotland: Hogg, Seymour, Bennett, Scott, Lamont, Russell, Laidlaw, Dickinson, Ford, Nel, Gilchrist, J. Gray, Wilson, Hardie, Denton.

Replacements: Brown, Grant, Welsh, R Gray, Strauss, Pyrgos, Horne, Maitland.

Bit surprised Lamont and Gilchrist got the nod over Maitland and Richie Gray but other than that that's as good as it gets so excuses on Wednesday.

Rugby World Cup 2015: Springboks blame training ground invasion for stinker against Japan

South Africa officials are said to be furious that the team's preparation for their shock defeat to Japan at the Rugby World Cup was sent askew by loads of bird poo deposited on their training ground by hundreds of seagulls.

The Springboks had been honing their skills at a beautifully manicured base at Eastbourne College on England's south coast, temporary home in previous years to Wallabies and All Blacks touring sides. However, an invasion of birds in the lead up to their visit made the plush green grass less than inviting.
"We had hundreds of gulls on the pitch after we had cut the grass and they were making an horrendous mess," head groundsman Richard Maryan said.

A local, Gregg Jolly, 45, gave an indication of the problem, saying: "The gulls are a nightmare, they dive-bomb you just to get at your fish and chips, and they poo absolutely everywhere".
England's Daily Star reported that ground staff had brought in a hawk to try to deal with the intruders and had some success. However, the damage seemed to have been done.
"The hawks rarely harm the pest birds, they just discourage them from landing," said Jon Whitehead, a representative of the company which provided the predator.
The school's headmaster, Simon Davies, admitted to the problem, but said it was dealt with smartly, indicating the South Africans should have no complaints.
"Our Head Groundsman and his team did a fantastic job to make sure the grass on both training pitches was perfect," he said
"At one point, before the Springboks arrived in Eastbourne, there was an influx of seagulls and a pest control company was called. George the Hawk was the solution proposed and he proved to be a first class and ethically sound deterrent. The seagulls took one look and stayed away, so the ground was in perfect condition throughout the Springboks' training week."

I would like to think that Japan have another one in them to knock over the Scots but I think they'll likely be physically and emotionally spent after the other day.

Yeah, I was saying that last night..... The draw hasn't helped them and Scotland will know the game plan......

It would be wonderful if Eddie still had some surprises up his sleeve....

He will no doubt have some plan or other. I see they've made some changes also, seven players I think.

And this is pretty interesting in the context of the whole match:

"Scotland named its least experienced World Cup team since beating the United States 39-15 in 2003, with 12 making their tournament debuts, and four players having 10 caps or less."

The Bomb.... Loved by all, but he will never play for Wales again.

It was the right time for him to take a step back.... he then shot himself in the food.... sadly.....

Complacent? My arse. The coaches are not complacent. The players are not complacent.

    Where did complacent come from?

You obviously have not watched much of Argentina in over the last few years. They have run the AB's very close a number of times.

Christ, Most people I know picked it like a dirty nose. "AB's will win in the last 10-20 mins" etc etc Why.....because every time the Argys turn it on, it plays out the same way.

    You should watch more footy....

I certainly don't think they are the so called best team.... I know they are..... by a long way.....

So who do you think is?

As for Argentina, they are a top class side who suffer a bit from an inferiority complex. They know their forwards are more than good enough, they doubt the ability of their backs.

People forget, players build themselves up for this tournament, 4 years of work and Argentina let loose as they do in the World Cup.... do not forget thay have finished third previously.....

That was a tough game but.... the All Blacks were always going to win it in the end.

That's why they are the best.... not the so called best.
