How so? If by virtue of the fact that the awful backroom relations will have bled into the performances then I agree, but if you think Mackay should have gone on the merit of the team's performances, I'd not agree.

Along with the rebrand, Mackay's sacking is one of the most horrible examples of the extremes of non-fan foreign ownership. Not a business decision but one based Tan's passion for dominating and and having vengeance on a man that he couldn't use his money and influence to bend to his will as he does with almost everyone else around him.

The game is in a very sick state when a man loses his job not because of poor performance in his role but because he won't suffer the eccentricities, the whims, and the megalomania of another. What a fucking disgrace.
