Good result for Saints. They went down 1-0 to a soft goal early on, but came back to dominate the game. A well deserved and top drawer goal from Osvaldo got the equaliser, before he returned to his usual form. 1-1 isn't a victory, but after the loss at home against Villa midweek, everyone was expecting City to smash them.

    C'mon you Saints!
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

Loved to see Stoke beat the Chelski scum...

Saints were very good against a top side, probably the eventual league winners.

&, in the big news, Ipswich won and are moving up towards the playoff places...

Shouldn't you be more worried about your upcoming relegation battle! At 0-1 with 5 minutes to go your 'fans' were flooding out - disgraceful...

That was a quick bite, 3 minutes

It's a marathon not a sprint Betty, Man U are renowned slow starters .Chelsea are no world beaters, neither Liverpool. Man City have been terrible on the road. Maybe Arsenal will hold on. Long way to go though

Have you ever tried leaving Old Trafford along with 75,000 others ?

i'd be racing to beat all those cnuts from ipswich down the M6 also, with a warm feeling for not staying til the end and watching those half naked fat Geordie bastards celebrating.
That and there's no 10 minute fergie time anymore

^ you won't even make it to Europe this year; well, maybe the qualification places for the Europa league...

How do you feel, when at 0-1 at home, the crowd starts to leave with 10 minutes to go, and the standard is a third empty at the whistle...

^ Utter disgrace, typical part-time supporter, awful 'fans'... With 5 minutes to go, at home, the entuire crowd needs to get to their feet and lift the team for an equalizer, maybe even a winner. Awful fans... I've been in a ground where some folks wanted to leave with 5 minutes to go, we were 0-1 down, I refused to move, told them to support the team til the end of the match (threw in quite a lot of bad language too)...

    Big challenge for Arsenal now:

Toffees (H) (tonight at 4pm GMT).
    Napoli (A)
    Manchester Dhabi (A)
    Chelski (H)

    One game at a time....

Lallana is the captain for good reason.

The star for me yesterday was Calum Chambers who made his full first team debut, up from the under 21 squad, in place of the injured Clyne. He kept Nasri in check all afternoon, whilst on the receiving end of a hail of 'instructions' from Fonte.

Pochettino did well to organise the squad and show that Saints have the depth that everyone felt they lacked.

Harry, your lads were lucky to get a point from El Bob's boys but that manager of yours is such a cnut claming an offside Lukaku and a foul leading up to our goal.
Your lads were played off your park and were lucky to draw, Arsenal play beautiful passing football but your manager is a total nasty prick.

I used to like him but now he has gone all sour, bring back the old days when losing managers were gracious and not blaming everybody and the dog.
Cant think of many managers these days who are gracious in defeat without blaming some bad calls.
