I'd forgotten just how many unanswered questions there are surrounding this case.

Sadly ive watched 2 episodes of the above before i saw your message nd have to agree with you, but Continuum isnt as bad as teen wolf season 2.

Think i'll part on both of these. Lets hope Longmire isnt cack, as i still have it to watch.

Tried Saving Hope, but it's the bloke out of Stargate and realistically he has the charisma of a schoolboy, so I can't see that lasting too long.

Another good show to watch with the wife (though you'll probably have to explain some of the background stories to her) is 'Once Upon a Time'- not great, but better than I expected it to be.

I've had it for ages, but was short of stuff to watch during some shit layovers, so I am now half way through season 3 of The Unit.

Sort of top secret special forces with some marital shenanigans going on at home as a second plot thread.

Not bad, easy to watch and some good action.

The NewsRoom (TV).

I only downloaded this because there's not a lot on at the moment. Turned out to be excellent.

Yes it's set in a TV newsroom but it's not schmalzy or comedic, the opening scene sets the tone, and Jeff Daniels is surprisingly edgy considering all the slop he's been in over the years.

Once over that we're into the breaking story of Deepwater Horizon - you'll get the idea.

I'd give it a solid 9/10 for the pilot, worth a watch to see if you want to follow it.

Nice fun- if you're not in too a highbrow mode.
Real Hell's Angles play themselves, and deliver the lines as good as the actors.
The film also gives a groovy look back at the 60's.

Storyville - Girl Model

Storyville: documentary which exposes the shocking supply of ever younger girl models to the Japanese modelling industry. The film follows 13-year-old Nadya from poverty in Siberia to the city of Tokyo and a life as a model. American scout Ashley promises her a lucrative career, but all is not as it seems as Nadya's optimism quickly fades when confronted with the dehumanising culture of life in Japanese casting sessions.

This is very fucking disturbing, not just the Japanese taste for children/young girls, but the predatory way they are recruited from very poor backgrounds and kept under very strict rules to be farmed out to photographers in countries with scant regard for their welfare. The promoters themselves are morally suspect and their motives are not just profit from what is after all child labour, it would seem the business has a somewhat darker side all together. A sad insight into the depths of human degeneration, and for that,, very watchable.

I think Charlie Sheen's Anger Management debuted, as there's two episodes of that title available. I think I'll watch it just to see how bad a car crash it is.
