    ^Looking good Bones

Senorita called in with a bag of roast potatoes snatched from the mouths of starving old biddies in her care while I was in the motions of testing the fully functioning recoil action on my M65 tactical nuclear cannon.

    Dinner-20240502_203236-jpg

I decided on the fly to transform them into a meal by nuking them and then grilling cheese on top of them

    Dinner-20240502_220152-jpg

    Pretty tasty.

    Dinner-20240502_220957-jpg

Senorita polished off a monster plate of Tandoori. I didn't think she would manage it and I thought I had my left-over supper lined up, but she went the extra mile and did me proud with a clean plate.

She pulled the same stunt again on her recent visitation so I thought I would have a crack at a Spanish omelette/tortilla this time

    Dinner-20240523_215414-jpg

Get the Maillard reaction going and grate the cheese (tortilla is not supposed to have cheese - that is an element of fusion cuisine license)

    Dinner-20240523_215542-jpg

Microwave the spuds and chuck them in

    Dinner-20240523_215622-jpg

Beat the eggs and pour on. I only had 3 eggs. Could have done with 4 or 5

    Dinner-20240523_215833-jpg

    Fusion mature cheese scattered

    Dinner-20240523_215940-jpg

    Italian herbs and Moroccan spices

    Dinner-20240523_220139-jpg

Then grill the top to finish her off

    Dinner-20240523_220952-jpg

I managed to put half of it away so I am good for tomorrows dinner

You don't travel anywhere past your shitty garden shed, you drunk tosspot. You have never even been to Spain. Furthermore, you just read some stupid guardian article and are trying to pose as some expert.

    What a drunk clown.

I did laugh a bit reading that article that Chitty linked. An entire fractured society in Spain over onions in an omelet? Of course one must consider the source ....The Guardian. Doubt I would take that to seriously. Be like me reading the "Star" and saying WOW...Really.

Cheers Chits. Happy Friday. Were you drinking last night?

Mind you, reading the article, it does contain dry humour - often a bit of a stretch for you guys.

I can tell you one thing - Chitty knows more about Spanish tortilla after reading it than snubby does.

Come on Cyrille, Most news sources sensationalize any news nowadays for rankings and money. Journalism and reporting is not like it used to be. I trust none of it anymore and hence seldom ever read or watch the news. I simply do not give a shit. I follow economic and business only as I have vested interest in it.

I do agree that the article was funny. I laughed at it. Doubt is was ever as out of control as the source made it appear in a dry humor kind of way

    So, like I said...

I used to live in Madrid and the story is accurate, with the level of passion somewhat heightened for comic effect.

Well thanks Cyrille, a trusted source. Good thing, based on the article we can all rest easy knowing the onion debate is over and the fist fighting ended. Win for Spain......

He also lived in Gran Canaria, flogging timescare apartments and drinking Madri beer well before it was even brewed.

    In Northampton.

Indeed, Brits visiting Spain is as common place as Yanks not leaving the good ole US of A and believing the Eifel Tower is in Las Vagas.
