Coconut oil has many nutrients that can contribute to your health and to a good diet. It's full of fatty acids that your body needs and may help improve cognitive function, metabolism, and hair and skin health.22 Oct 2020

Chitty, you've been around long enough to have seen eggs be described as good for you, then bad for you and then again good for you. The truth of the matter is these cvnts in universities that spend their life on research grants have to keep revisiting the same science and restating previous conclusions so they can get their names up in lights and grab the next grant - aside from the obvious stuff that's bad for you just ignore the rest of it as it'll change again in 5 years.

Have you never wondered why so called beauty products and toothpastes are constantly re-invented with the next freshfaced model beaming with health due to the latest product they've had applied for precisely 1 week. Its all a con, you never see an advert for a product they've been selling for 20 years or the effects of the product on the model that has been using it because they don't exist.

The wording should give it away - should, could, may, possibly and can

Me neither, but there’s something about that dish that triggers a ‘challenge accepted’ sort of vibe with me.

There wasn't. I just decide to take out the camera/phone. My buddy owns the place.

I've been doing a lot of work lately so I thought I'd spoil meself on the way home tonight and actually pay for a haircut instead of doing it myself.

I found a barbers that was open and spent around 12 minutes inside having a quick once over with the clippers... £30... thank you very much. I'm in the wrong business.

Work gave me a laptop and docking station today so I can start working from home... but no case or anything. Seeing as it was late shopping night tonight I had a look for a laptop sleeve to stick it in... found a shop selling them and the cheapest was £35, ker ching.

I then went to the supermarket to pick up a few essentials. Three weeks of pizzas, kebabs, Thais and burgers have taken their toll and seeing as I get a good lunch at work on weekdays I now try to have just a snack in the evening. My shopping didn't even cover the bottom of the basket, and another £32.

I spent nearly 100 quid just walking home from work and didn't even enjoy it. The cost of living in Norway is eye watering.

Anyway, I had a wrap for dinner tonight. I know that 'laks' is salmon and I thought that 'røke' was shrimps, but my wrap had no shrimps and was pretty shite. I should have just had another pizza. I could Google what was in my wrap but I like to give Ravers98 something to do. What did I have?

    Money shot...

At least I have a chocolate pudding for the dinner thread... and only another three days to go!

    Rant over.
