Yeah, sorry Mendip. Give em another go. Take the string from along the back, couple of mins in boiling water. Lovely.

PS: The difference is mange tout are "flat", snow peas are rounder. Both you eat the whole thing.

As promised, pad krapow.....

My dear wife watched youtube videos and studied recipes for at least a couple of hours today...it was pretty damn tasty, I tell ya. The first I've had since Bangkok.

We had a bunch of leftovers and we decided for lunch we're going to make pad krapow omelets with some fresh tomato and pickled banana peppers added....

We had leftover Pad Krapow last night so tonight it was served on an omelet with rice...

I added some pickled banana pepper and hot sauce to mine. Egg demands spice in my opinion.
