Crikey that's a lot of cheese, i'd have layered the tomato and onion together between potato layers but as my mum used to say It all goes down the same way. I parboil the tatties, drain and let then steam a bit to dry before putting them in the dish (buttered) and then use a bit of milk in the first layer - just the way me mum used to do it.

That was just like eating a pile of mash and beans. Not sure if the cheese wasn't sharp enough or its down to alcohol consumption
:puke:

Our Lasagnas are almost done.
We'll put 5 of them into the deep freezer just in case people are shot if they try to leave their house in the coming weeks.
It was the last of the ricotta, so hopefully we can get to Siamburi's with a wheelbarrow before that happens.
Blimey, that looks nice, made me grab these out of the freezer - not sure what they are, maybe little fillets? I'll have them for dinner tomorrow - not sure how...

Appears to be freezer burnt.
Never mind.
Just the plastic, it'll thaw nicely and maybe lightly fried with some onions and butter, maybe the wife will make me some fresh chips or saute potatoes?
