No... I wrapped it in foil with some olive oil and salt and pepper... and it just came out like that. I guess it's just salmon juices?

^ no idea here. The salmon expert will be along shortly. I jumped to conclusions seeing the mayo bottle in the first pic.
I'll just say your sausages and veggies plate was much more attractive.
That salmon looks nice, but I'm a little disappointed at the same vegetables; poor daughter will be bored of carrots and zuccini, zucini, zuccinni, zue's-bikini, well, you know the stuff I mean...
Speaking of which...
Today I shall mostly be eating salmon. Probably some tomorrow as leftovers too, it's a lot and I'm not that hungry:
^ You still on that fad yoyo diet?
Looks extremely nice. Get some fat burning lemon on it
Another fine day of sheltering in place. Food run yesterday so the larder is full. Wife worked her magic and assembled a delectable spread of Khao Pad Po, Deep Fried Chicken along with a soup of vegetables with pork.
Desserts to be Chompoo, Apples and Grapes. Threw in a pack of M&M’s and a snickers bar for good measure – chocolate fix.

You must have brought that crockery over from the states. My mother used to cook with that dish type.
Food looks great.
Food was great - I'm quite lucky, the wife is an excellent cook. The crockery is/was rejects from my mother. I moved her in with us when we purchased our house in the states. When we returned to Thailand I set her up in a good garden apartment - she had first dibs on our household goods when we relocated, she chose the Corelle. Our dinnerware is made in China stuff from either Pier One or possibly the Pottery Barn.
It does look good!
How do you find those bellfruit? We have a tree in the garden and I like most fruits but have always found them to be a bit of a nothing.
Chompoo, Rose Apple are quite plentiful around here. Northern Nonthaburi Province we have quite a few fruit and veggie vendors who do runs from the Suphan Buri farms.
We got the ones in the picture from a fruit stand at a gas station along the Bang Bua Thong - Suphan Buri expressway.
^ Sorry Bowie, I didn't mean how do you 'find' them!
I meant to say what do you think about them to eat? Do you find them nice?
I think this is one instance where UK and US English differ!
Yup - got it. I thoroughly enjoy them. High water content and sweet. I suffer a proverbial sweet tooth and they do fit the bill.
Most Thai local food looks pretty horrible to me, but that simple food looks great, Bowie.
3 threads living off that pizza now, saved a slice for tomorrows breakfast thread
Air fryer wings and things dinner tonite...had Asian sweet chili sauce on my wings. More raw veggies on the side.
^^I bet there's been some fine meals in that pot over the years.
Rare to have the original lid.
