Pigs in blankets have been a quintessential part of a Christmas Dinner ever since the fashion for such things was generated by the marketeers. The Murkins stole it, pretended they invented it, but use pastry instead of bacon (being poof that they are).
You'll be saying Bread Sauce is wrong as well soon. :spin:
I have never in my life seen little bitty hot dogs wrapped in bacon or pastery served at any meal. Let alone Christmas.
Really? Never? Oh my oh my oh my.
Yes, I didn't say they were invented this century, and obviously cooking fucking sausages costs less than the preparation, roasting and serving of stuffed turkey, smartarse with google.

Free Parma ham and pate
Overcooked slabs of unrecognizable meat.
Lovely.
^ In Isaan yes, in the civilised world we call them perfectly rendered lamb chops, Jeff.
Sure beats shoots, leaves and bugs:)
This looks pretty good, tbf.

Chef Earl Ninsom is by all accounts crushing Thai food in Portland, and that includes fried chicken. Hat Yai's star dish, the $13 fried chicken leg quarter, Malayu-style curry, and roti combo, provides the best of all worlds: crispy chicken and pan-fried bread with rich and spicy curry for dipping. And note: dipping should be mandatory.

Gotta join pseud on this one. Its been many a year, but seem to recall sausages on my xmas dinner plate.
Even cooked properly, turkey is a fairly dry meat, and the extra fat probably helps improve the meal overall.
Cyrille had a goat and camel bollock skewered kebab for Xmas
Lucky barsteward!
Dirty b'stard, must have missed that on his cctv:)
You're just being a dick, as is your wont, it seems.
No, you are stupid. There are many things you can put on a plate of food to complement protein element, and they are not there because they are cheaper or easier to put on a plate. They are there to add to the dish. You points were null and void so say sorry.
:ourrules:
Dick and Stupid disagree, ei ei!
:doglol:
Jack's pigs in blanket look much better than what we get here under that name...
