Everything was cooked for an hour and a half unfortunately the Sprouts didn't survive and ended up as black peas.
Fortunately one had survived inside the chicken and was roasted perfectly, naturally there were no takers so it ended up on my plate...

^ I plan on roasting carrots and parsnips but recommend boiling/steaming the peas and sprouts!

That last Turkey dinner at Spooooons put me off Turkey for life.

Carrots and parsnips of a similar size roast in the same duration.

The key is the roast it potatoes!!

Maris Piper are the best for roasting apparently.

A return to 'regular' food today, from a batch in the freezer, Vietnamese minced pork meatballs in a srirach laced tomato sauce on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice.

Senorita rocked up with a bag full of Maccas tonight so I said a big festive 'fook it' to the exercise and protein and went all in on her McChicken with ice-coke. That is full cream coca cola with slush ice instead of ice cubes. Never had it before. Like a slushy. Have not have full fat coca cola in a long time. It is like drinking syrup!

I started using raw prawns instead of cooked prawns. Much bigger and juicier and more al-dente. Cooked prawns are better for salads.

She keeps pestering me for the recipe but I am worried she will stop coming if I tell her how to make it

Been back for a couple days, 1st time garlic park around there, I usually reserve it for this place at Thonburi railway station.

I happened to slice that onion very thinly with an extra sharp knife.
I cut it in two and sliced each half precisely 20 times each then rotated and diced.
You are focusing on a rogue slice and triggering me by implying my onions are chopped by Chan at the Chop Suey Cafe.
