I like the idea of a stuffed traditional bird of a Christmas arvo, but a turkey is biting off more than I can chew so a roast chicken seem to fit my bill and is my annual goto. When you buy them they are hot. I usually freeze one for the big day. This one came pre-frozen by LLL.Quote:

Does your daughter get mainly western or Thai food at boarding school? And if it’s Western does that mean she knows what proper food looks like now?
I think she gets a mixture, maybe 50/50, although I do know that she doesn't get pies, proper sausages, fish and chips or lamb.
