The beef with ginger looked delish. :) I saw the directions and it looked fairly easy. Maybe I'll try it when I'm not feeling lazy or tired. lol I noticed that you cooked it in a wok. Is it okay if I use a non-stick pan? I don't have a wok, only a small pan. And I don't have square plates. :pQuote:

Charlie, mate... too many peas and mushrooms in that pie (pie crust looks very good). You'll be needing to fill it with a bit more chicken next time... :)
