Looked in the TD recipes as I fancied something Thai. Decided to cook this

TeakDoor.com - The Thailand Forum Spicy Thai Ginger with Beef Recipe

Assembled ingredients (with peppers as an extra)

And the finished product. Not plated, as I'd hate to offend the sensibilities of those with square-plateism...

That would be my problem with it too. Hate pumpkin & sweet potato. Nice plate otherwise, Headworx

Let the abuse commence! Square plates, dirty mark on the tray, and the obvious shape & look of starter....

Seekh kebab with lemon, then pork vindaloo, veg curry and brown rice

Only one of those plates looks square to me.

But all all the rest, including the the dirty tray looks the bees knees.
    Well done.

Thanks Gus & AO. No idea what kebab means, think it means "on a skewer" (which it should have been, but I don't own any). It might have been shaped a bit better, then. Tasted gorgeous though

The beef with ginger looked delish. I saw the directions and it looked fairly easy. Maybe I'll try it when I'm not feeling lazy or tired. lol I noticed that you cooked it in a wok. Is it okay if I use a non-stick pan? I don't have a wok, only a small pan. And I don't have square plates.

I'm sure it would be. It is super easy to make.

That'll make you popular. This lot hate square plates. Some of them have some very pretty, flowery ones, though...

And sometimes they don't even notice the food. Just the plates and the background. NR, you need to wipe your toaster!!!

Couldn't wait for dinner, it's now half eaten and the mother-in-law is eyeing the other half up!

Yes, it's a chicken and mushroom pie with a few garden peas for good measure.

Charlie, mate... too many peas and mushrooms in that pie (pie crust looks very good). You'll be needing to fill it with a bit more chicken next time...

A nice bit of mutton would suffice nicely.
    Better than lamb.

What in a chicken pie? It can't be the heat getting to you, got something on your mind?
