It's great, you can also use leftover chili rather than leftover taco meat.

    ^^^

Looks almost Korean, given that they have spring onions in almost everything.

Pla chon (snakehead) sweet and sour.

I've spent two years trying to catch these buggers... so it was sweet for me.

    Fusion... Thai/Chinese...

    Nothing wrong with that!

I love a steak but only eat it when a restaurant can cook it for me. And as I can't imagine a steak delivered by grab will be any good I just have to do without. I cook pork chops pretty regular.

Cooking a steak is literally like boiling an egg.

A couple of dinners from the last few days.

After I made a batch of steak and kidney pies for the daughter before leaving for work, we of course had to start the big one.

And baked salmon with apricot last night...

Incidentally, I went to Makro today and the frozen veg freezers were empty... no Talley's Peas or any other peas, no frozen sweetcorn, no nothing. All there was were two bags of frozen broccoli, and I took one of them. I've never seen this before - loads of other freezers and shelves were almost empty or made to look as though there was stock, especially any Western food. Is there panic buying going on?
