Not after a 6 kilometer walk/jog. Now its about 44 minutes, so you do work up a hunger. Up at 515 out of the house at 6. Most mornings its just a poached egg on toast with cheese, but some days I am starving. The chop was only 100 grams, and then half a left over baked potato made into home fries.
