^What you don't see Katie is I'm a large guy who eats a breakfast like that once every 10 days or 2 weeks instead of having fruit or oats sort of thing, have done 30 mins of weights + an 8klm fast walk this morning, and will only have some roast chicken and fresh veg later in the day (and snacks on fruit) for my total food intake today. I can post pics of my oats with a cut saging and pulot on top but that'd be boring![]()
