322 calories is nothing compared to most things I bought while grocery shopping yesterday like *steak, salmon, Greek yogurt, cheeses (cream, cottage, and cheddar) coconuts, almonds, eggs, butter, and the 6 x Chicken thighs that just went into the oven. Calories aren't what I'm keeping an eye on right now :)
*Went back to TKM and bought another bag of Argentinian Ribeyes, +/- 1700 Baht for 3.2kg worth of steaks cut into 250gr serves. I wouldn't have gone back if they weren't good.
There are bars selling some steaks now. Ak or something. I'll get u a pic and the price and a review. Will pick one up later and find this tkm place
Your shopping list looks spot on
Ahh I see tkm is closed today
Cold lasagna.
17,000 calories.
And worth every single fookin' one of them.
It is if you're not counting calories, and are only counting carbs.
Bit of a strange set-up, it's a wholesale place that lets retail people walk in sort of thing. Someone will come from out the back eventually, just tell them you'd like to look at some Argentine Ribeye.

Stevia’s Rocky History With the FDA
Though widely available throughout the world, in 1991 stevia was banned in the U.S. due to early studies that suggested the sweetener may cause cancer. A follow-up study refuted the initial study and in 1995, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allowed stevia to be imported and sold as a food supplement, but not as a sweetener. Several companies argued to the FDA that stevia should be categorized similarly to its artificial-sweetener cousins as “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS). Substances that are considered GRAS have been determined to be safe through expert consensus, scientific review or widespread use without negative complications. They are exempt from the rigorous approval process required for food additives. If designated as GRAS, stevia could be used as a sweetener in a wide variety of food products and beverages. In December 2008, the FDA accepted this argument, declared stevia GRAS, and allowed its use in mainstream U.S. food production. It has taken food manufacturers a couple of years to work out the right formulations, but stevia is now present in a number of foods and beverages in the U.S., including Gatorade’s G2, VitaminWater Zero, SoBe Lifewater Zero, Crystal Light and Sprite Green. Around the world it has been used in soft drinks, chewing gums, wines, yogurts, candies and many other products. Stevia powder can also be used for cooking and baking (in markedly decreased amounts compared to table sugar due to its high sweetness potency).
^Their concern should have been directed at aspartame.
Anyway I didn't start using it until around 2012, so missed all that previous stevia fuss.

How much energy are in the pies? I saw your pizzas yesterday in the shop.
You should do a health food range.
Ive just had a moment with a 50kg barbell on my chest that I couldn't push anymore. Daughter trying to help, wife out of the house and had to roll it down to my waist
The shame:)
I have another set to do as well.
Think I'll have some breakfast before attempting that again:)
She is using Tenderloin and Ribeye meats in her pies now so very little or no fat in her products.
And she is doing a vegetarian pizza now which is proving popular.
Regarding exercise I limit my sets to doing manual chores around the house which seems to keep my fit and trimmer then what I was.
Apart from the pastry:)

Dear Mummy Bear,
The plural of Twat is Twats. No apostrophe is required.
You are welcome.

:)
^ not impressed with the way it went from past progressive to past participle either, but we'll have to wait for Cyrille to be certain... :)
You're doing this exercise stuff all wrong, Dilly! Get rid of 5kgs of fat before doing any weights at all; don't even bother with sit ups yet; do 4 weeks of walking/swimming and eating sensibly (off the beer too) first - prepare your body/get some fat down by exercise.
