Fried it and it tasted good, white had more taste and yolk is much richer/tastier than hen egg.
Supposed to be much better for cooking cakes ( have to ask Lulu about that) etc.

I would defo try again probably an omelette.

    Sort of.

I got slipped a Duck Egg in some Thai Food once.

When I first tasted it, thought it was an 'off' chicken egg as the taste was similar.

The duck egg sort of tastes 'stronger', for want a better definition.

    Described well below ...

Is it just me, or do you use a LOT of pepper?

Not quite... you need to change the filter or exposure or something.

You've not achieved the same washed-out/bland color saturation and focus on the disgusting oliy bits.

Good effort with the rogue corn and mince on the edge of the plate, but a smear of grease is also needed.

^The corn was placed there on purpose for visual effect, didn't realize a bit of mince went rogue though (must have fallen off my finger while placing the corn kernel). TD CSI would like to talk to you about a few cold cases.

I figured I'd whip us up something fairly light for breakfast.
Scrambled eggs- just enough butter to brown the minced garlic, add a little diced green onion, then the eggs.

Beforehand in a separate pan frying the hash browns. Add a blueberry bagle with cream cheese spread, some pineapple and cantaloupe slices and your done. Just a half glass of OJ is all you need to wash it all down.

The girlfriend gave me her eggs. She said they were too plain. I said I salt and peppered them and then I realized I hadn't added the fish sauce. Duh.

Reminds me of years ago when I told her I hated fish sauce. She said, but you've been eating it for years.

Well anyway it didn't taste like......

    the fish?

    Dillinger, what a ham.

It looks great. If only Pattayapiles could whip up a decent ham and cheese sandwich on toasted white bread he may be able to bribe his way out of jail.

I'm having a small bowl of butter chicken Indian curry with Roti Canae.

Yes, not your standard western breakfast but a standard in Malaysia.

The only thing missing is a cup of Tee Taree.
