It’s pork Helge. Sure you can tell the difference? Beef bacon has a slightly red colour and less fat.

Aren't you going to address the issue of whether or not you are a practising Muslim, also?

A perfect combo of MSG, processed chemicals and protein before one of me 5 daily calls to prayer, and 1oam monster gym sesh.

Tax has claimed racism due to his ancestry. Such a claim does need explanation.

I've never claimed to be a good or practising Muslim. In fact, I dont think I have even claimed to be a muslim of any sort.

    Does the difference elude you?

After seeing that picture, I had to double check this was the "breakfast" thread rather than the "drunken late night creative meals" thread. Quite worrying...

Have got both Tesco's finist farmed salmon and processed hash browns in the deep freeze.

    Processed hash brown it is.

^ edit to add: agree. That's a bloody good effort considering it's Mendip, but just a little something else would have made it a head turner.

I'm looking forward to the PooGet Egg Royal!

^ another edit to add: an "e" to Royale (although, you can all do it yee bloody selves!).

If you'd replaced that slice of bacon with some pickled herring that'd been a lovely Jewish breakfast. MaselTov. I feel slightly disappointed now...

The Isaan version is an Isaan fried egg atop a salmon, carrot, pea and and sprout fishcake.

These fishcakes are lasting longer than Looper's FPS.

I'll be intrigued to see how you southerners interpret this famous dish.

Doesn’t matter, it still needs hollandaise sauce.

Id agree with some smoked fish.

Tried a new cafe and that’s what I got. The eggs were undercooked for me but it was all about the salmon, cream cheese and pickle bagel. I’ve only had bagels twice before and they were rock hard, this one wasn’t.

It was a 7/10 for me as a dish. If I’d only got the bagel it would have been a solid 9.

^ A nice fresh soft bagel is a great base for cream cheese and go from there - it's not always easy to find a nice bagel though, as you suggest.

I've got an idea for the Filipino version, but it will probably be my lunch tomorrow rather than breakfast.

Nong wanted an omelette, had some bacon, mushrooms and cheese to use up - only 6 large eggs between 2, would normally have 4-5 each.

after soaking the bacon to get rid of the crap they cure it in, under the grill

    bit slim for my liking
