Easy way to do an omelette is to make it on low heat, chuck all the extras like cheese, ham, onion, mushrooms etc on top then fold it in half, calzone style.

Two biscuits, whatever type there is in the tin, and a cup of coffee. Never been into breakfast in a big way and avoid paying for it as part of a hotel booking.

^It is indeed but I can't help pointing out you've "done a chitty" on the boiled eggs. If that's how you like them that's fair enough, but I really hate the chalky texture egg yolks cooked that way take on :(
Unless I’m dipping soldiers into eggs, I prefer boiled eggs to be well down.
