You need all them calories for digging ditches all day.
In retirement I would lower my intake, or is that a lowered intake?

I'd been on the go since sunrise running on a coffee and a few bites of papaya, and as much as you won't believe me it was the Missus who suggested we go there on the way home from grocery shopping at about 10:30 because she likes their 3 egg omelette with cheese, bacon, ham, onions, and God know what else inside pictured below which she can never finish so I get about a third of that too :) I didn't eat again till a light dinner sandwich at 19:00, that breakfast is fucking huge. And no I don't normally eat such large breakfasts, thats the only place I go for such a meal and we'd go there maybe once every 5 or 6 weeks.

Ribs be fkn ribs.
In recent weeks I've been reassessing my view that the Great British breakfast is the best in the world. I mean, it still is, but I've decided the distance isn't that great after I reacquainted myself with masala dosa and teh tarik in Malaysia's Indian joints last month.

Just 1 solitary crumpet?
Yep, just the one... in case Edmond looks at the thread.
New Year and all that...
^ I have to admit Dirk, that despite a lot of time spent in the North East (Scotland), I don't think I've ever had a macaroni pie.
One does not simply walk out of the Rose Street Casino at 4am without proceeding directly to the bakery for a freshly baked Macaroni pie.
