I was of course bugging Timber in the kitchen, and amongst other things he said " this is actually the most beautiful meal i've ever cooked in my life" and again, talking about the wine reduction that became a duck reduction before going into the pan, he said " everything is constantly evolving as i get new ideas along the way "

It's all right i've got the pic saved and i recognise one of the guys in the pic so by means of deduction, Noodles must probably be the guy with the least amount of hair in the stripey shirt holding the cam.

Corkage is free.

I don't think any of them are English Noodles, he said he was gong there with some mexican friends and they look like three amigos to me.

Lucky we got some pics or Noodles would be telling us that Salma come along.
