I don't think you should use it either at 198kb, 20 posts per page could equal 20 signatures, 198kb times 20 would take about 15 minutes for the page to load for someone on dial up, and thats without pictures and avatars, also most web sites would not accept such a heavy banner as that, 30kb is about most they will accept and thats when you are paying.
