Thumbs up Last Supper , your choice

On death row I would hope PAG or similar was the chef , failing that A Masala Dosa, the classic Tamil stuffed pancake. my regular tiffin when on offer, would hope for the 4 usual sauces,

Coconut : A fresh, white chutney made from grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, and chana dal

    Plain yoghurt raita with mint

Sambal: A tangy, flavorful lentil-based vegetable stew made with tamarind, spices, and vegetables

    Tangy thicker Tomato-Onion Chutney

While the "last meal" tradition often captures the public imagination, the reality within the correctional system is usually much more regulated than movies suggest. Most jurisdictions have strict spending limits and require the meal to be prepared using ingredients already available in the prison kitchen.

However, if we are looking at this through the lens of a dark "prank" regarding post-mortem biology, here is the breakdown of what would cause the most logistical difficulty for a cleaning crew.
    The Science of the "Mess"

When the body shuts down, the muscles—including the sphincters—relax. Anything currently in the digestive tract will inevitably exit. To maximize the cleanup effort, one would choose foods that are high-volume, liquid-based, or contain strong pigments.

    • Beets and Red Food Dye: Consuming large quantities of beets or foods heavy in red/purple dye (like certain sodas or gelatins) creates a crime-scene aesthetic that is difficult to scrub out of porous surfaces or fabrics.

    • High-Fiber Laxatives: Foods like prunes, beans, and massive amounts of raw cruciferous vegetables (broccoli/cabbage) ensure the digestive tract is as active and "full" as possible at the moment of expiration.

    • Corn and Seeds: These are notorious for not being fully digested, making the cleanup significantly more tactile and difficult for the staff.

    • Massive Fluid Intake: Large amounts of milk or fruit juices increase the volume of liquid waste. Milk is particularly problematic because it begins to sour quickly at room temperature.

I would ask for one of Chitty's steaks.

It would take so long to chew that you'd get a couple of extra days living.
