I'm a big fan of nuts, a tasty moorish snack full of protein and many medicinal health benefits.
Here's today's munchies..
Pistachios are my favourite and almonds for the high protein hit, also walnuts for the brain.
Over to you..

This is a thread that I open with much trepidation
I love em too but processed nuts have a lot of salt and fat which only makes them more attractive and like sex ,may lead for desire to drink, dancing or buying better canoes to impress the squaws!
Like TD moderation is the key, I have never found a pack of pistachios I couldn't finish in one go.
Enjoy, any spare use a nutsack for the birds who need all the energy possible on frosty days

Probably find a note it them reading, 'Help me'
For an extra 700 they'll give you a kg of kernels already shelled.
Not bad really, but they wouldn't last as long.
I sat next to a Rabbi on a flight once, he must have got his way through a 2kg bag.
He seemed to 'roll' them open rather than prise them apart.
As long as they're actually salted next time, unlike the last batch I bought from a different seller.
Lang may yer lum reek...
Love pistachios . They are a bit fiddly for sure. Currently retailering for $35 to $40 a kg a kg of pistachios is a lot though. Maybe share with mates?
Grow them in yer backy!
