Got on-line from Ikea. Reasonable price and fairly quick delivery, around 5 days if I recall. IKEA 365+ อิเกีย 365+ หม้ออัดความดัน, สแตนเลส, 6 ลิตร - IKEA

Damn it, PAG! Don’t go posting IKEA links. I can’t just stop at the pressure cooker page.

Needed another batch of bao buns for the freezer also.

Each balll rolled out into an oval, then lightly rubbed with oil to prevent the two halves from sticking together. Chopstick in the middle as a guide for folding.

Covered and allowed to prove again for an hour.

Steamed for 10 minutes, then allowed to cool before going in the freezer.

Those buns look so good. Every time I try something like that I end up with a sticky mess. Working with flour is a learned art form that I have yet to master.

Today's appetizer...I'm guessing PAG's was better, the pork was like floss, but damn tasty and they properly added cole slaw.

The main, a sausage and ham sandwich, the wife had chicken confit.
