A productive day in PAG's bakery. Needed to replenish some bread rolls. Typically I made a batch of 12 as dinner rolls, this time same volume of dough but into 8 for burger type buns. Also made my favourite sandwich bread loaf.



For the loaf, after the first prove in a bowl, flattened, rolled up and into the tin for the second prove.



After an hour, she's ready for the oven.



45 minutes in the oven, and ready to be cooled before slicing.
