Sometimes you just get it right and mostly I get it borderline with wrong, but tonight was a resounding success!

Seconds and thirds all around, my only regret is I didn't make more of it coz it's all gone!!!

Chucked a diced chilli in at the end to warm it up seeing as snow is forecast for tonight.
