And while I'll be the first to admit I'm not an expert in Brit terminology, doesn't a toastie need cheese and .... err....be toasted?

Defo a couple of carbs short of a toastie there Ed.

Canned tuna should never be hot imho.

However we did have this Saffer Chick that always ordered and swore by Tuna, cheese and curried egg toasties.

She demanded I take a bite once and like I said, tuna should never be hot.
    Lang may yer lum reek...

    Tight clothes?

I agree though, I don't like hot canned tuna fish.

Add some celery, red bell peppers, both finely minced, chilled to perfection on a sandwich with crispy lettuce and a nice slice of tomato and you've got something going.

I unfortunately fell in love with this 'artisan' sourdough baguette at the wrong time. Delivered by Grab and damn damn fine.

The same mix I use (apart from the cumin). I usually add tabasco too.

I add a touch of the juice from either a pickle jar or a pepperoncini jar.

After served up, add a pinch of crushed red pepper for some heat, especially with the cheese.

I prefer PAG's buns, can hardly be called cooking if you order in the bread?

I suppose we all have a roll in the great panini of life.

Advice to Lulu is get some yeast flour salt EVOO and use YOUR loaf!

You will enjoy watching it rise

Plenty of good baking tins in C Mai I bought 3 for around 300 each with slide bottom for easy clean.

Like greasing yer nutz with motors , lightly grease tin/tray and Roberto è tuo zio!

Surely that high quality university dorm food needs a high quality university student to share it with? If you ask Looper, he'll lend you a couple, he always has too many to manage anyways...
