I've never viewed these cooking threads at competitions. Personally, I get quite a bit of motivation and knowledge from them.<br>

Anyway as a post script, yesterday I was going to make sticky toffee puddings for dessert, though everyone was too full after the curries, so they were left to make today.<br>
Covered with pecan toffee sauce ready to go under the grill for 5 minutes.
A good injection of cold pouring cream and ready to go.
