once again im tasked with being the tucker fucker . food has gotten quite expensive here so i really should make more of an effort to cook something that isnt simply something that passes through our stomach enroute to our assholes ?
so i had a crack at a slow cooked silverside which is going way outside of the shark biscuits comfort zone but looked easy enough to cook


bunged it in with 2 onions a litre of dry ginger ale and turned it on at 9,00 am , mashed potato with lashings of butter some carrots cooked in honey and this packet bread sauce which imho was the bollocks. kids ate the lot, much to my surprise.

There's even a bit left for there sandwich tomorrow..win win fooking love the slow cooker.. it's also bloody good for the lamb shanks which HAVE to be slow cooked. Fooking cooking. Soon get the hang of this

tonights foray into the culinary world was Chicken kievs ala mc cain and those Tater tots that all kids love . for veggies just a bit of cauliflower which i intend to bake covered in motzarella, and some beans for the young bloke



job done. time to put the feet up. my bodys a temple and i treat it as such so ive gone all low carb .




The buttery garlic has leaked out but shouldnt be a problem
