Weight loss isn't a linear process. You can lose some, gain some back, plateau for a bit... What matters is how you're trending.

If you're doing what you're supposed to be doing it will be trending down regardless of the odd increase here and there.

Don't forget also that the goal is not actually weight loss it's fat loss and you could, in theory, be gaining weight in lean muscle mass whilst losing fat so overall your weight would be rising...
