    It is a bit wild out there and I get cut to ribbons.

    That is kind of cheating to weigh myself afterwards since I sweat buckets working in the garden.

    Weight loss isn't a linear process. You can lose some, gain some back, plateau for a bit... What matters is how you're trending.

    Weight yourself at the same time every day and you'll get different weights, divide that by seven at the end of the week which will give you an average and that's the only important number.

    If you're doing what you're supposed to be doing it will be trending down regardless of the odd increase here and there.

    It's the creatine mate. I'm just doing my first weight workout, since loading that creatine all Friday and Sunday. (Skipped Saturday hungover)

    These don't feel like my puny arms anymore and this workout shit has just got a helluva lot easier. I can feel the water inside my soon to be guns.

    Don't forget also that the goal is not actually weight loss it's fat loss and you could, in theory, be gaining weight in lean muscle mass whilst losing fat so overall your weight would be rising...
