    Looks Good Dil,

I had a Mediterranean style salad last night. Easy and quite tasty.

on Edit: I really like the thin sliced Tuna (Like sashimi) over salad with avocado. Light Sesame seed dressing.

Mods change the title pls. Healthy-ish meals

I felt a bit of guilt after eating that tbh. Wasn't as great as I thought either.

Anyway just weighed in at 92.7kgs over 4kgs lighter than last Monday so time to stick some Jack's snacks in the shopping basket.

10,000 steps every weekday and on the weights three times a week just doing whole body workouts each time- squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, curl bar, tricep bar, dumbells and bench pressing.

Thinking of getting an indoor exercise bike too. Nearly picked one up a couple of times but something inside says enough already

What do you think of the weights workout Ant?

It's pretty good actually: the three main compound lifts (squat; deadlift; bench) and some decent accessorize stuff and not to frequent and mixed with some cardio.

    About perfect for your goals...

    ...but the diet...??

In that Decathlon place; they start at 3,500 baht with onboard computer and a tensioning circle. Would be good for in front of the television. Stick a tray on the handlebars and I could sit there eating bigmacs or deep fried mars bars knowing exactly how long to pedal them off.

Wicked; cheers. I found this exercise to do lats without doing pull ups. Just take the weights off one side of a bar bell and raise the heavy end off the floor. Been doing shrugs as well to get some traps which I've never done before. Ive been walking a lot more upright today

Where do you buy your sprouts ? Even Makro had ran out of sprouts today so I bought 3kg of broccoli at 59 baht a kilo instead ..

As for exercise...I walked 10km today to Makro and back (carrying my shopping of course) . Yesterday I was up at 5am doing the laundry and sweeping up outside in the street then cutting the hedge and trees with shears..Watering plants not using a hose......Tomorrow I will pay my 3BB by walking 8km. Getting exercise is easy ...bin the car.. bin the wife ...DIY!!!

Good to see yer getting into it Dill. And with some proper fried high kcal scran too, instead of those unsustainable chia seeds and water diets you tried before.

I've found myself going out jogging on Saturday and Sunday the last 2 weekends, which was never the case before, was purely weekdays before with Sat and Sun spent horizontal on the sofa. Now I gotta get jogging and get a decent sweat going 7 days a week.

Another 30 years and I'll be that fooker Nev. 10 mile runs before every dinner and 17 inch waist.

Will have to check if Decathlon has a shop in CM. Could do with some new running shoes. Can't trust buying them online.

That stuffed avocado looks tasty, Bollski. Not really a meal though is it. It's the kind of thing you'd eat on the side or between meals and from this angle it looks good for circa 550 calories, or 1/5 of your recommended daily intake.

I see this a lot in the large; they supplement their cheeseburger and curly fry meal deals with a token smattering of greenery, break out the skintight leggings and spend the rest of the day telling every kunt that'll listen that their living clean, living healthy.

Newsflash, fatso - you're still a noxious, abhorrent, whale of a person and shall always continue to be so.

Not you, Boll - just other fat people.
