Home made pork scratchings!

1kilo of pork belly..

Sliced thinly and seasoned with salt n pepper..

Getting a bit smokey in Hells kitchen so I've moved the experiment/operation outside..

First batch is nearly done if only it would stop raining, I'm risking electrocution here..

Ruddy hell, I was hoping to singe the hair of the pigs skin but rain stopped play.

Still a reasonable first effort served with some sweet chilli sauce, the dog can have the hairy bits..
