^ In some countries its considered a compliment.
First beer Snub but will be followed like a Nepalese donkey train.
^^
Definitely a knife and fork job, but excellent. Could do without the beans though.
Was drinking beer, felt a bit hungry and wanted something salty, saw this on the menu, couldn't order it fast enough. First time to try it at that bar/resto, won't be the last.
I don't know why but on my tablet the knife and fork on the side isn't showing unless I click on the pic to expand it, but yes cutlery was required! I don't mind chili with or without the beans, so that's no problem.
Spuds. check.
Chili. check.
Cheese. Check.
Icy cold beer. Check.
Also left over from last night: guac and sour cream.
We were planning for pizza and wine tonight, but I might have to make an excuse.
Fok it.
I want to watch the FA Cup final, drink beer and eat chili cheese fries will do.
Dug out some homemade chili from the deep freeze.
Long n thin rather than thick cut when used with chili.
Parboiled, dried n double fried in the fat fryer. That airfryer nonsense can fok the fok fok.
Would change that bit if planning ahead, and make a melted cheese sauce, rather than just grating it on and bunging it in the oven.
Yum.
Cheers for the inspo, Heado.
(Prolly not one for calorie counting, but what is when it's paired with beer and football. )
Very nice lulu shame about the fa cup result.
Snubbles that hot dog looks like botulism on a bun.
^^^
Looks great, and a good decision going with grated cheese rather than a cheese sauce.
Looks like perfect drunk food.
Certainly beats joe’s overcooked slop.
That Lemon pepper is the bomb.
Franks red hot was underwhelming and would have to be rated below Thai chicken which was pretty good too though.
Gonna add some butter to it today
Great investment that BBQ for 3 days a year when you want to up the intake of carcinogenic fodder. Have you bought a smoker yet Dill?
The one on the right has a chimney. Dunno if it smokes as good as the wife yet though.
Sounds like a lot of work that smoking.
If you're gonna show off at bbqs, I hear the best way is to pre-cook your ribs and intricate stuff indoors first, then sneak it out onto the grill
