    Tough crowd

Ok let's try a CCM (Chicken Cheese Mayo) toastie to even things up. If you've never tried this combo, do yourself a favour..

^ You've just given me an idea for tonight!

I may even add a sprinkle of sweetcorn?

HW, was my supper last night, but a variation. Chicken, cheese, thinly slice red onions and a bit of hot sauce. The flour tortillas to make a big quesadilla. Damn it was nice, you are right a great combo.

That'll be a lunch toastie sorted today then, have red onions and hot sauce on hand already.

Never seen sweetcorn used in a toastie but why not. Get drunk first though

^ Looks great... but I don't believe you were drunk when you made that!

I thought I'd have a go at one of HW's chicken, cheese and mayo toasties when we got back late last night.

Unfortunately there was no available chicken, so I opted for leftover spag bol replacement while my daughter wisely went for ham.

I forgot the mayo as well.

    It wasn't great.

Ham was the way to go.

Thanks for the tip HW, but to be honest I won't be trying this one again.

    Are they chunks of butter?

I think you just added too much spag bol. It should be good.
