There may well be some truth in that. I wouldn’t know because I only eat crap that I enjoy.
What I do know is, that over the last 10 years, I have gradually lost 15kgs through my dumb, eat less, exercise more, self invented regime.
I suspect you are looking for quicker results.
Ive had my favourite jeans tailored down twice in that time, and several pairs of shorts have been binned. All my chinos have built in waist expanders which are no longer necessary and have to be held up by belts that show evidence of my progress.
Good luck with your method. I hope you can keep the weight off when you get back to normal binge eating.
