He travels more in meters than he takes strides...ie his stride is more than one metre...ie he 'has fewer steps than metres'.
AO's statement is correct, except that he means 'metres' rather than 'kilometres', or 'k' as he puts it.
Maybe all that time in Pattaya is dragging you down a bit.

It helps to keep your portions and how much one eats down to a consistent minimum, less the type of crap that one consumes.
Our diet specialist don't seem to grasp this basic concept.

Jeff is spot on. Eating big portions will keep the stomach large and that large stomach will need to be filled to make you feel full. Eating smaller portions will make the stomach shrink, meaning you'll need to eat less to fill it and feel full.
